- You will need photos of your COVID inoculation status.
- Complete the release form here. Look under "Retreats."
- Make your payment here if paying online.

- Email your registration and release forms and inoculation documentation via.pdf to Rafael Ledesma tantric4700@protonmail.com
- or mail all and checks to Rafael Ledesma, 2360 Irish Ln., Apt. 26, Clearwater, FL, 33762-3137.
Cost
- The cost of the retreat is $1499.
- To reserve a place on the retreat, pay a non-refundable registration fee of $100, deductible from the entire cost of the retreat.
- Or make a single payment of the entire cost of the retreat before June 1, 2023, and receive a $100 discount (=$1399)
Payment Options

- Pay by check drawn on a US bank and mail with your registration form to the above address
